error while communicating 2 users both in different domains one in abc.com and another in xyz.com :I m Stuck RRS feed

  • Hi All,
       I have  2 users in diff domains one in abc.com and another on xwz.com (Federation). diff forest diff pools !
    Edge server has been installed successfully.


    But when contacting through communicator ...gives following error.

    If issue is related to certificate ... then please tell me which certificates to check and where  ???

    This is the error I got one at user X and another at user Y

  • Are you using public certificates?
    Are the Certificates Roots of either EDGE server trusted by the other EDGE Server?
