Use Dynamics CRM for Outlook with non-cached Exchange Server RRS feed

  • Hello,

    Does anyone know/have a context for the type of issues which appear when using the Dynamics CRM Client for Outlook with a non-cached Exchange Server deployment?

    The current deployment of a client does not have the option for cached mode and the Dynamics CRM Outlook client is not supported/recommended for this. I am trying to find the exact context where the synchronization might fail.

    The version in question is 2016, but I would guess versions from 2013 and up could give insight as well.
