  • Go to Programs, CRM Dynamics 4.0 and select the Configuration wizard.  When the wizard opens, select the option to Change your Configuration and run through the wizard.  This should correct the issue.

  • You can go into the Trust Center in Outlook and this will sometimes correct the issue.  Try these steps the next time it happens and see if this fixes the issue.

Go to Tools, Trust Center, Select Add-ins
Leave the default set to Manage Com-Adins and Select Go from the bottom of the window
    Uncheck Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    Select Ok

Repeat the steps above but this time check Micrsoft Dynamics CRM.

Sometimes you need to close Outlook and re-open for the change to work.

  • I have tryed that and didn't work for me, so i suppose we should pay attention and do not close the CRM folder.
