You need to type the key in all caps and make sure letters that look like example O Q or 0 are typed correctly those dang keys are a pain some times to read I ussually blow it up in the scanner or hold the key up to a light and back light it to see the letters clearly.
another few are 8 can look like B, D looks like O or 0 It's really tricky
I had a 2 look like 7 G looks like a C it's really goofy stuff.

Mikro is correct. I use a magnifying glass to try to decipher some of those miserable keys.
Anyway, if you have done this and continue to encounter the error about the key being invalid, please contact support as it is possible that a block of keys has not been entered onto the servers as valid for use.

Select the option that you are using a trial or beta copy and you can proceed to email support without validation once you've signed in.
