  To get your certs, login into the MCP site (http://mcp.microsoft.com/), where you can download your digital certs, or order you certs. It will take some days for your order to reach you.

  So long  you have not receieved your certification !!!!!
  Please be sure that you have set your mailing address and contact information correctly on your profile.
  and call your local Microsoft Regional Support Centre and explain the issue and they will sort it out for you.

  Hi,
  please write to mcphelp@microsoft.com and send a mail to the your Microsoft Learning Regional Support Center.
  
  You will have to mention your Prometric Registration ID, Date of examnination etc. and they will reply you with the necessary steps. 
  
  Did you get an email from Microsoft saying that you passed your exam?
