  • Can someone explain to me what this will do if I uncheck it?

    We have our set up CRM2011 using the email router. I was having errors popping up in the event log indicating it couldn't resolve a queueID 000000000... The popular answer seems to be to uncheck the option "Automatically move records to the owner’s default queue when a record is created or assigned" in the email entity. Before I do this however I need to understand what it does so I know what the impact may be of unchecking this.
