XNA 4.0 Deployment on Windows

Question
-
I needed to create a quick proof of concept demo for a publisher of my new game and XNA 4.0 was perfect for my needs. So, now it's about finished and I need to test it on another machine and then send it to my publisher.
I remember there was an app or a package or something the last time I used XNA (about 2011) that would make sure the user had the most recent version of Net Framework installed and, if not, install it and then install the XNA game and folders.
Does anybody remember something like this?
And, if not, where would I ask this question?
Thanks!
