  • 1)I cannot find my product key, & 2) Microsoft tells me my Windows 7 is not genuine.(I bought my Dell pc Sept.24,2010 from Best Buy) Help....Thanks

    I work for a firm that resells Dell servers and workstations, I would start by calling Dell support. I assume the new comptuer has the standard 1 year warranty.

    The support team at Dell has the resources to help you, if you don't mind then on your system, you could even request that they remote in via a web session to assist you in registering the OS.
