FSLogix profile explodes RRS feed

  • While presenting the Microsoft Teams application through Citrix to the user, we noticed that the FSLogix profiles for the users explode with white space. When a user logs into Citrix it first starts with the installation of MS Teams. Immediatly after the application has opened for the user, the user profile is growing fast with 200 MB increments and stops around 5 GB. 

    When examening the VHDX of this user, there is but 400 MB of actual data the rest is empty space which is taken from our storage system. 

    How can we fix this issue? Why does MS Teams react like this?

    Based on your description, this problem is more related to Citrix. It is recommended you contact Citrix engineer to get most qualified pool of respondents.
