Error Code 64C when updating Vista Home-32bit SP2 to KB2164913

I get error code 64C when installing windows update KB2164913 my Vista Home Premium SP2 32 bit. I tried Mr. Fix it auto fix-it & it did not detect anything. I also cannot install Adobe Reader update, it gives me error 1612 there. Other than these error, the computer seem to run fine.

Help please

Hi Mark,

Please make sure that you are not using a beta version of Silverlight. I suggest checking the version or remove what you have installed. Next, install by downloading the new installer or latest version of Silverlight which is up-to-date: http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/get-started/install/default.aspx
