Problem with scheduled report RRS feed

  • I have created a scheduled report that runs every weekday morning using THIS tutorial and it has worked fine for several weeks, but today the excel file included in the email says "No Data", but if I run the report that the scheduled report is based on, it has data. Any ideas what might be going on? Should I just recreate the scheduled report?


    As a side note, is there a way to automatically save reports on a scheduled basis to a folder?

  • hi, did you check the permissions of userid whose credentials are saved to create snapshot if it was changed in CRM?

    also please see if the user's password expired.

  • The snapshot was saved by me and I have full permissions. I changed my password 2 weeks ago and the reports have been fine until today.

    The report ran and was delivered this morning, but it was a day behind.
