DirectX hardware acceleration Errors

Hi im having troubles playing my game that uses DirectX V.11 and it comes up with this Error screen saying: Application has failed to start because DirectX hardware acceleration is not available or is turned off. So please help me with this so I can get back to my gaming I've tryed everything on the Support list and nothing works

Sorry, this is the wrong forum for your question. I suspect you may find better support in the Answerers forum which is a different brunch than MSDN/TechNet forums.
