  Allright, so I bought a laptop from a local repair shop I had been using for years and trust that they load all their computers with genuine windows. Normally I would just go to them and be like 'fix it' since this fix is something even google is having a hard time helping me with. Buuuuut, unfortunately I moved about four thousand miles away and a few time zones that make calling even a little tricky.
