Aaron,
Thank you for providing us with updated information. I have analyzed your MGA Diagnostic results and I have a question. What type of computer do you have? Is it an NEC, Dell or built by a local shop or other source? Right now I am showing Dell and NEC information located in the XML information @ the bottom portion of your MGA Diagnostic results. The product key which is identified on your MGA Diagnostic results is not the correct key. Please read the following information located here http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb457078.aspx and you will see what I mean.
Also I have more bad news. Your Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 was installed with a now blocked VLK. Below is an extract I have taken to share with you.
OGA Data-->
Office Status: 114 Blocked VLK 2
Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 - 114 Blocked VLK 2

You have a couple options available. You mentioned purchasing the computer from EBay correct?Have you contacted EBay and/or PayPal regarding this problem? Where PayPal is an EBay company, both websites are separate. Both websites will want to be contacted regarding your transaction to work with you. Where we are not aware of their exact process, we do recommend you looking into PayPal’s Resolution Center if you used PayPal to pay for your transaction. Here are some thoughts you may provide them:
· Was this an individual or an actual business selling the product on EBay?
· Did you receive the original software media disc, proper packaging and COA with the purchase?
· Research and see if the person has an actual store front as well verses selling as an individual. Next please try and see if he has sold other Microsoft Windows. Maybe he has a high negative feedback. Maybe other people have filed against this customer already.
· Provide EBay the Alias contact information and direct EBay link where you purchased the product to us.
· Provide the auction number for what you bought on eBay.
· Provide EBay with answers and any other information which may be helpful.
Next you can contact the Manfacturer Technical Support for the computer you purchased. Request them to provide you with the Recovery Media for your computer. Next I would encourage you to file a piracy report by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/piracy
Thank you,
Stephen

Hello Aaron,
Please follow the steps outlined below as it could either resolve your issue or, if need be, provide us with additional information to determine the cause of this issue.1. Ensure you log onto the computer experiencing the issue with “Administrator” rights.
2. Next we would like to confirm that you are running the most current version of the Genuine Advantage control on your computer. In order to do this please follow the below link and choose the “Validate Windows” option.
http://www.microsoft.com/genuine
If the above steps did not resolve your issue lets continue with the steps below.
If you could also please follow the steps outlined below, the diagnostics Web Site will attempt to resolve the validation errors you are experiencing with Windows.
http://www.microsoft.com/Genuine/diag/RunDiags.aspx?displayLang=en
Next follow the on-screen prompts to resolve the issue if any of the checks at the above site fail. If, after attempting to resolve the issue as per the instructions on the above site fails, please refer to the link below and run the MGA Diagnostics tool:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012
You will be prompted to either “Run” or “Save” the tool. Choose to “Run” the tool and follow the on-screen prompts. You will receive an “Internet Explorer-Security Warning” dialog box for the “Windows Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool”; you must choose to “Run” this tool when prompted.
Once you are presented with the Diagnostics tool choose “Continue” to run the diagnostic report. If the “RESOLVE” button is available after running the diagnostics, please click “RESOLVE” to allow the diagnostic tool to attempt a repair.
1. After running the MGA Diagnostic tool, click on the “Windows” tab and then click on “Copy”.
2. Please return to this post and “Paste” the results here for additional review.
Step 2 is to look on the computer itself, in the documentation you received with the computer or with your retail purchase of Windows to see if you have a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). If you have one, tell us about the COA. Tell us:
1. What edition of Windows XP is it for, Home, Pro, or Media Center, or another version of Windows?
2. Does it read "OEM Software" or "OEM Product" in black lettering?
3. Or, does it have the computer manufacturer's name in black lettering?
4. DO NOT post the Product Key.
Not sure what to look for? See this page for reference: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/howtotell/en/coa.mspx
NOTE: The data collected with the Genuine Diagnostics Tool does NOT contain any information that can personally identify you and can be fully reviewed, by you, before being posted.
Thank you,
Stephen

Hello aaronfontaine,
What is printed on the CoA, specifically, what edition of Windows, and under the name of Windows, does it have a computer manufacturer's name or does it read OEM Product or OEM Software?DO NOT post the Product Key printed on the CoA.
It's difficult to tell from your mgadiag report because the BIOS has been hacked to show it is Compaq and Packard Bell, and the installation CD is from Dell.
BTW your installation of Office 2003 Professional is nongenuine.

Hello aaronfontaine,
I'm working under the assumption that your computer has a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) affixed to it.
Here is a sample of some different ones: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/howtotell/windows/quiz.aspx?method=oem_coa&displaylang=en
What version and edition of Windows is on the CoA? Sample answers would be XP Home, XP Pro, XP Media Center, Vista Basic, Windows Millennium Edition, etc.
Where the samples have "OEM Name Here" or "OEM Software", what does yours have written.
DO NOT post the Product Key.
