Cannot log in into my account

Hello I had account in MSDNAA E-Academy License Management System (ELMS) to which I had assigned WINDOWS 7 with a serial numer. I even have a welcoming e-mail preserved:
"Hello,
Welcome! You have been registered in your university/college ELMS for
MSDNAA online software system. Here you can download, purchase and/or
check out CDs from a wide range of Microsoft developer tools, servers,
and platforms. There is no charge to download and/or check out the
software as long as you are an eligible user in the System.
Your MSDNAA Online Software System can be found at:
http;//msdn62(dot)e-academy(dot)com/uwm_wgg
Your username is : g050694
Your password is : ***** "
Now, this site doesn't exist nor I can log into it and recover my serial key. New MSDN site requires Microsoft Account to log in, but my above username doesn't exist as Microsoft Account.
Can you please help me?
