Create an Auto-Reply Delete Notification

Hi all,
As a moderator in some forums, I found that when I deleted someone's thread he/she didn't know about it at all and when he/she came back, he/she asked me why ……, which will raise the problem of argument because of misunderstanding or something else……then I have to explain again and again to him/her because he/she has broken the rule somehow……
Have u ever met such thing before, all kind moderators?
Why don't we suggest Microsoft Creating an Auto-Reply Delete Notification, this will automatically tell the user why his/her thread is deleted.
