    None of above.  Hotmail is demanding a code be established for a Hotmail account which I do not own:

    nesbitti@hotmail.com

    My account is ina_nesbitt@hotmail.com  

    I have tried to enter the first email address and Hotmail says it does not exist, yet this form asking for a code keeps appearing.  I am having a hard time getting to my real email account and am terrified that my real one will be closed.  

    PLEASE take care of this problem.
