    Question: how to create/update PhoneCall activity with attached file (voice note) using CRM web services? I cannot find this possibility in web interface, but for compatibility with CRM 2011 it should be, I think...

    I am writing phone call tracker for CRM on Android. Because of this I build SOAP requests to web services "manually", first checking it in SoapUI. I am using NTLM authorization. It will be perfect if anyone can provide sample of such requests or link to resource where I can found samples of soap requests to CRM 2013.

    I think you can accomplish this with Custom Actions in CRM 2013, just have a look into Actions feature.
