SharePoint List does not exist Error RRS feed

    I am getting a strange error - List does not exist. I created a New Form using SharePoint designer, added some validation on fields. Taken back up (.cmp) using SPContentDeployment. When I restore the list to another site and hit new item. I get the error saying List does not exist.

    I checked the GUID and found that the list Guid has changed but not the columns. I tried doing the same backup and restore using powershell but faced the same issue. However, if I save it as template (.stp) file and upload it on a new site and create a list basing it. it works fine. However, I have 100s of list and template based won't be feasible.

    Has anyone faced the same issue. Any kind of resolution.
