Happened again. Lost my alerts again.

We tested and the alert should work right now.
Could you please try change/update/change back/update settings to see if it triggers some refresh, or change another mail address and have a try?

I've no idea the reason why you keep losing the email address settings. It never happens for me or my colleges.
You can update your alert setting and see how long it will be work this time.

We have a forum alert outage on 12/17, please refer to this post http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/reportabug/thread/c5c52383-6d2f-4355-9cf3-6c3e735366a2. Maybe that the reason you lost the email address setting at that time. We've fixed the problem the same day.
I think you should not lost the setting again.
