CRM 2016 - EMAIL setup for multiple organisations RRS feed

    Hi All,

    I have two organizations sharing some of the users across.

    I want if they send emails (from web crm) it should appear in outlook too and if they receive emails it should appear in CRM (using web ).

    Plus is it possible if I create appointment in outlook it will appear in CRM? I know with Server-Side Sync if I create appointment in CRM it will appear in outlook after few minutes.
