    fix please

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

  • In order for us to analyze and troubleshoot a non-genuine notification issue you may be experiencing, please download and run the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostics Tool.

After running the tool, click on the Continue button, then click on the Copy button, then Paste the report into your post. Also, please include a brief question or pertinent background information that would be helpful in our endeavor to assist you.

    Thank you!

As a matter of fact, most of the inquiries here end up being technical issues rather than counterfeit software.  However in your case, it cannot be a valid CD because your OS license is a type that is preinstalled at the factory.  But your computer was manufactured three years before Windows 7 even existed as a product.

Where did you get your install disk from?
