  • Hi Kealy,

This forum is for Vista Genuine Advantage Activation and Validation issues and SP1 is outside my area of knowledge.

But, while I can't help you, I can direct you to the poeple that can help. Please go to the Vista Solution Center at http://support.microsoft.com/ph/11732#tab0 . Under "Top Issues" there are a number of help docs for issues involving SP1. Also, the 2nd link down is the link to the free Email, Chat or Phone based support for any SP1 related issues.

Sorry I couldn't be more help,

p.s. Thanks for doing what you do, soldier!
