Text format in e-mail templates and workflow e-mails

Question
-
Hi,
Im creating a workflow that sends out the casenumber to the customer once the case has been created in CRM. The problem is that the text formating is somewhat limited in CRM. When I add a line change it automatically adds an empty line between the two paragraphs. Is there any way to change the formatting so I don't get this format forced into my e-mail? You can see how terrible the mail looks below... Don't mind the danish :-)

Shift-Enter generally does a 'normal' carriage return.

e-mail templates are support HTML so you can prepare a template in HTML format and paste it (including HTML code) to email template.

Thanks. I actually ended up with the simple solution of writing the raw text in a text editor like notepad or similar and copied it into CRM. Then I changed the font and added my dynamic fields. That helped me get rid of the unwanted spaces.
