Is there a report available to display the user's security role settings?

The reports at http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/CrmSecurityReports should help. They were written for CRM 4, so don't include permissions gained from team-ownership, but should otherwise work for CRM 2011

If it is CRM 2011, yes there is one User Summary report which shows the users by Business Unit and all the security roles.
go to Settings - > Administration -> Users, then on the Ribbon bar, Run Report, then select User Summary, then select All Records Applicable, it will produce the report for you with security role for each user by business unit.

Thanks Thomas,
I'm aware of this report. Actually I would like to know what effective rights a user has on each entity. In our situation a user has several roles within our organisation.
