Subscription Renewal Technical Difficulties RRS feed

  • I keep getting notified that my subscription has expired and to renew.  Each time I try, I get a screen that says you are experiencng "techniccal difficulties" and to return later.  YThis has been going on for days.  What's up?

  • I've moved your post to the General topic folder.

     

    Try the following:

    Open Internet Explorer and delete cookies and temporary Internet Files from Tools/Internet Options.

    Sign in with your OneCare subscription LiveID at http://billing.microsoft.com

    (The subscription LiveID can be found by opening OneCare and clicking Help/About OneCare....)

    Select the OneCare subscription and click on renew this service

    Provide or verify payment information or click the link to renew with a token/pin to use a retail product key from a newly purchased copy of OneCare at retail.

    OneCare will reflect the updated subscription status in about 24 hours unless the expiration date is more than 30 days out, in which case it will be up to 5 days before OneCare shows the new date.

    If you are still unable to renew, please contact support.
