CRM 2011: Why I can't find quick campaign in CRM for outlook client set regarding lookup view? RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I was trying to track an activity(appointment or email) and set regarding as 'quick campaign'. after click 'set regarding' button on Outlook, it pops up 'Look Up Record' view, from 'Look for' drop down list, I can't find 'quick campaign'. But if I create a new email or appointment in Outlook and set regarding as quick campaign, I was able to see and select it from 'Look for' drop down list. I was wonder why this happen. Thanks.
