  • Unfortunately IE 11 is not supported with CRM at this point in time.

Please check the following list for compatibility:

  • As stated above IE 11 is not supported

But you can add the CRM URL to the Compatibility View Settings under Tools in IE, this might be a workaround for you.

  • Hi cnetwouter,

Try adding the website to the trusted list. It might work. IE 11 isn't supported officially either way.

  • Hi,

IE 11 is not supported and it open mobile version by default.

You can just append main.aspx to url and bookmark it..

    XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.com/main.aspx

So that, whenever we click on that bookmark, it will directly take to you web version of CRM.

Or as the others says, you can add the url to Compatibility View Settings

  • According to this, UR2 will introduce official support for IE11.

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2919956

Until then, you could try not only adding the site to trusted sites, but also running in compatibility mode.

It is an interesting behaviour though, as I've been using IE11 for a while now with no issues with CRM 2013. Check also the Internet Options > Advanced. I've seen cases where a tightly locked browser would cause problems with CRM.

You could also try resetting the IE settings.
