Custom Buttons not displayed after upgrade from CRM4.0 to CRM2011 RRS feed

  • Hi @all,

    I am not so experienced in CRM administration, but upgraded recently from CRM 4.0 to CRM 2011. In CRM 4.0 I had some customisations on the phonecall form. This customizations have been upgraded and a default ISV has been created. However, when accessing the from one user the customization is shown i a separate tab, using another user with - from my perspective - same privileges the customisation tab is not displayed.

    Did anyone experience similar behavior? How to trace/track this to find out whats wrong?
