Win7 Service Pack 1 SLOWS data transfer rate from client to WHS & Vice Versa! Houston....

  Have two identical Win7 64bit PCs connected to WHS (Just installed last week).  One PC updated to Win 7 Service Pack 1 and then copying files over 100MB(+or-) to or from WHS slowed dramatically...painful!  In fact, copying files within WHS from one folder to another are painfully slow. The other non-updated win7 PC seems blazingly fast.  Have our boys at MS done something to cause unintended consequences?
