fix it not working

  I checked in my event log as suggested in an earlier post, and there is an error MASRV, in my log. However there is no information given how to correct the problem This only began happening since the beginning of Dec. 2012. Fix it was working, before the beta model was introduced.  any one have any ideas. I am running Windows xp,  service pack 3,  ie8
