Question

when I tried to install onecare, a message says that onecare doesn't support my system language.
I use windows XP SP2 Arabic Pack.
Is there a version of onecare that support Arabic Pack of windows XP?
If not, how can I install the required files for installing onecare?

So how can I download and install the english pack of windows xp?Thursday, June 25, 2009 12:31 PM

You must have an English language version of XP (or other supported language). And, as Jim noted, you will not be able to activate/purchase OneCare unless you are in one of the supported countries.
It isn't a language pack issue - it is the base OS language and location.

So which countries are supported?
See Jim's original reply to your post for the list of supported countries. Note that OneCare will no longer be sold at retail after June 30th and support wfor current subscriptions will cease at their expiration or the end of 2010, whichever comes first.

Ok..my country is supported, but where can I download the english pack of windows xp?Thursday, June 25, 2009 5:27 PM

I am not aware of any English Language pack. Your base OS must be in the supported language. The language packs are for languages not supported by the base OS.
