Not able to access CRM 2013 from outlook 2007 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I have installed MS CRM 2013 Outlook client but not able to access from outlook 2007. It prompts a message

"The set of folders cannot be opened. To use Microsoft Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 for Outlook, your administrator must upgrade your organization to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Server."

while expanding the folder from outlook. Even though the organization is upgraded to CRM 2013, it prompts this message. Please refer the below screenshot.

    Thanks

  • Hi Suprita,

I have seen this when the Outlook Client is updated to CRM 2013 service pack 1 and the server is not updated to SP1. Please check if this is the case. Make sure you have same Server and the client updates.

You can check the Update rollup level by going ot Control panel > Programs and Features > View installed updates.

  • Make Sure Your Office 2007 Outlook and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 outlook client both in same version

To do this in Outlook 2007, open Outlook, go to the File menu and select Help
