    Greetings:

    I have downloaded the free trial of Onecare. Every time I boot up I get a message that Onecare need to do something. When I try to take care of the problem, no virus protection-computer vunerable, It tells me to contact you because it can't do anything. Is this normal with the free trial? At first the software really helped speed up my computer and I really enjoied that since my teenage daughter finally got her own laptop.

    Is there anything I can do to fix this problem and get the speed back?

  • Hello Robert, it is not normal for the free trial to not function properly. Please check to see that there are no other antivirus or antispyware products installed (except Windows Defender). Uninstalling them if present may resolve the issue. If there are no conflicting products installed I suggest contacting support for help.
