Can't perform administrative tasks in Windows 7 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I was looking for a way to bypass the windows logon screen because I only use one profile.  I ran across something that said to use netplwiz.exe  to do this.  I guess I meesed something up and now when I turn on my computer, I get a logon screen with a profile with a name that looks like a serial number or something.  I can't log on as that user, but can click "switch user" and manualy type in my user name and hit enter.  This will get me into Windows but whenever I try to do something requiring administrative rights (the popup box that basically says "are you sure?", with a "Yes" or "No" button at the bottom), the "Yes" button is greyed out and it will only let me click "No"...  Any ideas?
