I assume this is off topic here unless you are using Windows Home Server.
The most Windows applications cannot be restored by copying some files or folders. You either need to reinstall them with installation media and in the case of Office the original product key or restore the entire machine, if you have a full backup from
the machine in a status with the application still working. (And in this case save the later created data files do some external disk or to Homeserver share before starting this restore process, since you would lose them otherwise.)
