CRM for outlook - ERROR RRS feed

  • When I configuring Crm client for Outlook, and write my CRM site http://CRM, I got this message:

    "Client found response content type of 'image/gif' but expected 'text/xml'.
    The request failed with error message:
    _ _
    GIF89a "

    What does it mean??

    1. Is http://crm is working in IE?
    2. Which version of Outlook?
    3. Which step in the install wizard did it fail?

  • 1. Yes, in IE is everything ok
    2. this error is in outlook 2007, and 2003
    3. error appears in configuration wizard when I have to write my CRM address http://CRM
