Windows Live Spaces Syndication URL rejected by Technorati though accepted by W3C Feed Validator with diagnostics

Question
-
Because the syndication URL below is frozen by Windows Live Spaces, one cannot correct it to remove the diagnostics:
Congratulations! This is a valid RSS feed.
Recommendations
This feed is valid, but interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations.

Your post/inquiry doesn't provide enough information to understand the problem. Perhaps you could tell us what product your using, what the problem is and what your trying to do...
[if you’re not clear with your question(s), the answer(s) can be just as skewed]

Thanks, Larry.
What happened in more detail?
1. Technorati's blog-indexing service no longer employs a ping server, employing a Web crawler instead.
2. When one signs up to be indexed ("claiming" a blog), Technorati's Web site asks for the syndication URL that Windows Live Spaces sets automatically and freezes (Windows Live/Options/Spaces/Options/General/Syndicate this space.
3. I copied and pasted it.
4. Technorati submitted it to the W3C Feed Validator, which parsed and diagnosed it as copied above.
5. Technorati then rejected it, I assume because the Validator did not fully approve it.
6. I suppose that the reason, as stated by the Validator is: "This feed is valid, but interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations."
7. I would not have bothered you-all with this, but Technorati is said to index well over 100 million blogs and seems to be a place to be represented if technically possible.
Thanks again for your excellent assistance.
