Product Name N/A RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am trying to request a replacement Windows XP that I had last in a recent move. On the Validation page it asks for my Product Name as it appears on the CD. I don't have to CD because it was lost. How do I get this information?

  • Hello viamediahayes,

Usually the CD has the same info as the CoA.

Try "Windows XP Home Edition" or "Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition".

Post back to let us know how you do ;-)
