I have recently connected to xbox live with my xbox but i am unable to put in my credit card details due to the computer automatically thinking i am residing in the united states rather than the united kingdom. I spoke to the support line at xbox live and they traced the problem to my billing information at billing.microsoft.com has me registered as living in USA. I have tried to change this but the field is permanent and I cant see any way of changing it. I have looked at all the contact info and cannot find a helpful phone number or even an email to a help desk. This seems a helpful way so if anyone can help me then it would be appreciated.
