Wake phone with voice.

  I can wake my computer from the sleep mode with just my voice, but with my Microsoft 950 running windows 10 I have to reach and physical touch it. I would like to see the phone where I can wake it up from the lock screen, then have it make a call, or send a text just by using my voice.
