Windows Genuine Advantage Issue

Hi,
A client of ours just started to get the Genuine Advantage error this morning on a relatively-new brand name PC we supplied to him a few months ago, which has an OEM license. I've run the MGA Diagnostic Tool on the PC and got the following result:

Your problem is NOT related to Vistalizator (whatever Carey likes to think).Unfortunately, we have been unable as yet to discover the cause of this particular set of File Mismatches, and have had to send everyone to WGA Support for assistance (and no-one has yet told us of any cure except a repair install).North America: http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/cu_sc_genadv_master?ws=support&ws=support#tab4
Outside North America:
http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/?ws=support#tab0
If however, you would be prepared for may be a long haul of working in these forums to fix the problem, just let us know, I for one would enjoy the challenge:)
