The mgadiag report is telling us that the Office installation on your Dell Studio 1735 computer is nongenuine because it has a Volume Licensing edition of Office Enterprise 2007 installed, and that an Invalid Volume Licensing Key (VLK) was used to install it. An "Invalid" VLK means the product key was made up by a pirating program known as a Key Generator program (or KeyGen for short) and was never issued by Microsoft.
Volume Licensing product Keys are issued by Microsoft to a business, educational institution, or governmental agency for their exclusive use in accordance with a Volume Licensing Agreement. (Note that such use does NOT allow the resale of such VLKs.)
Normally, legitimate users of Volume Licensing editions of Office are associated with larger business, educational, or governmental organizations. If that's you, please contact your organization's IT support staff for further assistance.
If your use of this installation of Office Enterprise 2007 is not associated with a larger business, educational, or governmental organization, and you purchased the installed copy of Office thinking that it was a retail license to be sold to individual consumers, it is likely that you are a victim of software piracy or counterfeiting. As an individual consumer, you should never have been sold Volume Licensing (VL) materials such as the VL installation disc and you certainly should not have received an Invalid VLK for Office Enterprise 2007. You should have been sold Genuine retail licensed software.
If so, your first course of action is to confront your seller with this information and demand a full refund.

The current installation of Office Enterprise 2007 on the computer did not come from Dell, as Dell only installs OEM licenses for Office products on computers sold to individual consumers. Office Enterprise 2007 is not available as an OEM product.
It is possible that at one time your computer did have a Genuine installation of Office installed, but for some reason it was replaced with the current installation which is nongenuine. This could have happened if you took your computer to a repair shop, or asked a well-meaninf friend to help you fix the computer, and they reinstalled Windows and/or some or all of your programs. You Get Genuine once again by uninstalling the current nongenuine installation of Office and using your Genuine Microsoft hologrammed Office installation CDs to put back the genuine installation of Office you may have already had on the computer.

http://support.dell.com, entering your Dell computer's Service Tag, clicking on Warranty Status link in the left-hand links column, then at the warranty status page click on the Original Configuration tab. Once there, look for a line item that describes Office (often abbreviated OFC).
