Hi,
Most of Hyper-V will probably be in MCSE: Private cloud as this certification also includes SCVMM as part of the System Center suite that is covered in this exam.
There is also some Hyper-V in MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure. There you have Hyper-V with the virtualization host role for Remote Desktop Services deployments.
There is no Hyper-V only certification for Server 2012 like the one that Alberto mentioned (MCITP: Virtualization Administrator).

Hi,
Beside the MCITP certification mentioned by Alberto there is no Hyper-V only certification like VMWare VCP.
There is one training MOC10215 for Implemententing and managing Server Virtualization based on Hyper-V 2008 R2.
