Hi Santosh,
You need to show that you have Training skills either through a Train the Trainer course or Experience and also have the relevant Microsoft Certificates in which you want to train.
You can find the details by going to the MCP site
https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/default.mspx
and looking at
https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/enrollment/enrollment.aspx
If you are not an MCP do a certificate first or contact your Microsoft Regional Service Centre.

Sorry, but you have posted your question in a forum that talk about Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF), then I am moving your post to another forum and I hope you can get some help. But if you want you can try to find other forum by yourself:

Hope that helps

Hi Santosh,
You need to be an MCPD, so if you take Exam 70-564, 70-562 and 70-536 that will give MCPD.
You can check out requirements as above
https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/enrollment/enrollment.aspx
For teaching you need to havr either
1. CompTIA CTT+
2. Attended and passed a CompTIA CTT+ Train the trainer course
3. Be able to show you are an experienced technical trainer.
