First Problem: I'm not sure what has happened, but when I type in MS Word, and need to go back and delete a text, I used to be able to highlight the desired text and hit backspace and it would delete the text. Now, when I do that it does not delete. If I type new text, whereas it used to type it on top of the highlighted text, now it just adds it to before the highlighted text. Bottom line: my backspace key does not delete highlighted text. It does however, backspace delete the characters.
Second Problem: I thought i should repair the file so I put in my very original MS Office Suite 2003 disk, but I get a message that "the source is unavailable." What does this mean?
