Problems with Windows OneCare RRS feed

    Ever since I purchased the Windows OneCare Program, I've had nothing but problems with it.  I've been up all night trying to get the firewall and virus program to turn on.  If I can't get any better help than what I'm getting now and stop these problems, I'd like to have my money refunded so that I can buy a more reliable program. I thought a Miscrosoft program would be less hassle but this has been a nightmare.  Also, since installation, my system has slowed down substantially and I have the highest download capability through my cable company.  Like I said above, I wanted to use a Microsfot product to abvoid problems, but this certainly has not been the case.  My email is jeane501 at cox.net and telephone is xxxx.   • I'm sorry to read that OneCare has been a problem for you.

    If your system has slowed down, I suspect that something is conflicting with OneCare. I believe that your best bet is to contact OneCare support, as this is a community help forum - users helping users.

    I have edited your email to prevent harvesting, which will result in tons of spam messages being sent to you.
