how to enter to MCP site if i have only MCP ID number and have ho microsoft account RRS feed

    Hello!

    I need a help and contact support person (email) in order to get access to https://mcp.microsoft.com and edit MS transcript and profile information. I need to have a link with my exams in order to share my transcript in social networks. But I have not remember MS email account to sing up. I have only MCP ID, paper copy "Microsoft Certified Professional Transcript".

    How can I resolve my problem? Please, help me!

    If you did not associate your Live ID with your MCP ID when you got your first certification, then you will need to contact your Regional Service Center (RSC) and explain your case so that they can fix it. The phone numbers and emails for the RSCs can be found from the links at the bottom of the main certification page (www.microsoft.com/learning).
