After Clicking Microsoft Validate in Microsoft Update screen does not load.. RRS feed

  • I cannot Validate Windows to install updates first it takes me to the Validation screen, I select on the validate button, then it shows the validation progress page it then loads a blank screen.  Here is the genuine advantage report: Please Help!
