Blocked Activation Code 0xC004003

Question
-
Purchased Win 7 Pro Upgrade from Shoparchive on 10/26/2010 with 3 License Keys. Have used 1 key to upgrade from Vista Home Premium. I thought that I had activated, but when I tried to an XP Mode download because of USB driver problems, I was informed that I had to activate again. When I tried, I was advised that the key was blocked.
After many attempt to clarify the problem, I finally wound up here. Following is the output of the diagnostic -

Hello Max Newland,
Based on the result below, it would seem that the info in this forum sticky applies to your situation: http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuinewindows7/thread/a2444f34-0aff-4f29-a8ac-67e28b0c0285
Windows Product ID: 00371-221-1675144-86505
Casting further doubt on the integrity of the seller is the fact that no sellers other than the Microsoft Store, the Dell Online Store, and the HP online store are authorized to sell standalone product keys. Let alone a batch of three.
Hopefully it's not too late to get your money back from "shoparchive."
